Boats and People of Venice: Site Conditions

This site is subject to high tides which gives way for opportunity of programmable space past the indicated blue zone.

L'Aqua di Venezia : trying to predict the future of this canal. The widening of the waterway is a possible consideration to accommodate boat traffic.

The speed limit in the canal is currently 5km/h but once a boat is past this canal it can increase to 11km/h

Extending the landing avoids aqua alta and provides possibility of more public space.
