Statement of program intent:
Proposal will include temporary rent-able housing for sports travel teams and permanent housing for Vicenza Sportivo workers/trainers in the northeastern side. At the Southeastern side of the site will be the Multifunctional Court with stands and smaller side courts. The site will gradually change from private to public with the program. The middle of the site will be anchored and connected with a mixed use center (info/reception desk, gym and fitness center, cafe/Concession)
