I disagree with Professor Bender; we are not past media & information in the built environment(urban landscape).
Do you think we are past this?
I think our class is a perfect example of media & information being detrimental on dialogue (the abstraction of dialogue is a modern interpretation of the variables being studied in modern urban environments).
Why aren’t you compelled to voice your opinion during class?

Please elaborate. I, like you, am a provocateur, though less silent. Explain in many words why we are not past this "media" in our environment. After all, for us the use of technology, the media and the message, are internalized to such an extent that we find the idea of sketching with pencil on paper sufficiently novel as to provoke never before felt neural stimulation! More on the thesis, "The abstraction of dialogue is a modern interpretation of the variables being studied in modern urban environments." In case my tone is indecipherable in comment box text, I am pleased by the puzzle. Peace.
