Wall Walk

This is an updated version of the mapping diagram that now contains visual remnants of the wall (dark blue) and new points of interest for clues from our walk around the city boundary.

This is a structural diagram of the palimpsest (palinsesto) of materials required for the wall, beyond the moat. The original wall has required reinforcement through the use of other materials such as new brick and iron.

This is part of the original wall that holds clues to centuries-old structural support systems. The arch is supported through the use of solid, angled pieces of stone that transfer loads ( darker line-weight).

The following images reveal the wall that is still intact today. These are located on the western portion of the boundary.
